“The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. ”

“Me and a school friend often have to travel to knoxville for a couple weeks at a time to visit our college (we're in a graduate hybrid program), and we found this house for this quarter. The location of the house is fantastic and it was really easy to get to anything we needed for our stay. The house had all of the basic amenities that you need for a short or prolonged stay. “This was a lovely and convenient place to stay for visiting UTK. We were there for orientation and getting to campus was so easy….about a 5 minute walk to the student center.
