“The people we worked with were all very nice. I don't really have any complaints. The place is older and could use some better workmanship. The stove is old and the decals were worn off. It took us a while to figure out which burners worked. All in all the place worked for us but I would have to give it an 8 out of 10.”

“Nice apartment- clean comfortable. No laundry or vacuum. 4 burner stovetop but no oven. No freezer. There were no hangers in the closet but the staff brought us some the next day. Bed was comfortable. A/C was quiet and worked well. Internet worked well. Local market had everything we needed, just expensive. Good variety of restaurants on the beach, not busy, good food. Hiking trails and mountain bikes available to rent. If booking during high travel season book excursions ahead of time. They……

“The house is gorgeous and the pool is amazing! The check in process was a little frustrating as the company needs to communicate how the door lock works. More detail needs to be added on how all doors work. I also dont like the fact that you have to upload your ID two different times in different ways. Figure out something easier! Beds and pillows are a bit hard but otherwise it is a wonderful property!works nor did the person worked.”

“The casita we had was perfect for my 12 yo son and myself, giving us each a place to sleep and a nice sized kitchen and bath. The real MVP was the outdoor shower as we found ourselves in the water/sand continually and it saved our floors from being covered inside! The location is impeccable....steps away from the beach and Celeste Bar/restaurant. We heard waves crashing from bed... The entire staff was next level. We had Tony the concierge before hand helping book any adventure we wanted,……

“The loft was in the perfect location, tucked away just 1 min walk to the beach and main strip of restaurants in town. The space comfortably slept three adults and am sure even two couples would have been fine. The unit came with beach chairs, coolers, towels and anything else we needed to enjoy activities around the town. Amazing affordable option which is hard to find in Las Catlinas!”

“My family and I stayed here for 5 nights in April. The location of the condo is great. The listing is very accurate. Minutes to the beach. The building has 24 hour staff/security. Each and every one of them were extremely friendly and helpful. They were great. The pool was really really great for us. A reprieve from the heat. Pool was well taken care of and clean. Condo itself was set up really well. Beds were great. AC units are awesome and quiet . Each controlled by a remote. The outside space……

“We really enjoyed how quiet the area was, but how close to stores and restaurants we were. Playa Penca was beautiful and the pool had lots of shaded areas and seating available.”

“This was a lovely property and the communication was excellent! My only complaint was that the patio door doesn't lock however there is security that patrols thought out the night and They only provided 1 roll of toilet paper. Apparently there was supposed to be two rolls. The I mentioned that I have never stayed somewhere that didn't provide toilet paper they did bring 3 more rolls but that really isn't enough for 2 people for 8 days.”
