“Well kept colonial townhouse 5 min walk from the beach. Traveled with toddlers, so walking to the beach or up to the pool was a bit of a challenge. There’s some noise from the road, but we used WN to sleep, so didn’t really notice. The facilities are great, house had everything we needed. Would stay again.”

“The property and location was perfect for us and this was our 10th trip. We rented a golf cart in Flamingo and it was all we needed to get to restaurants/shopping. Erwin was there for everything we needed and keeps the grounds beautiful. The covered patio right on the beach is a huge plus.The only complaint we have is the master bed is very hard and uncomfortable and the pictures posted are mixed with all the units so it did not have the views/living room in the master like it shows but it was……

“Our Rotary Club annual travel group trip was to Costa Rica this time and we stayed at this property because we were 7 couples and wanted to all stay together. This Exclusive Retreats Surfside is the perfect location for a large group who is looking for the top quality in their accommodations. The owners and manager were always available and responsive. “Uneven rating. Road rough but this is Costa Rica. Beautiful view, pool, caretakers very nice. Balcony superb for am coffee and evening drinks. AC worked well. Beds comfy. Pool and house kept clean. Washer and dryer worked well. Downside- place needs better maintenance. Pool chairs ripped and missing while being fixed, refrigerator leaked and took 2 visits to fix, shower in Master does not all work and what did was feeble. Security system-was told it did not work by walk through person but later……

“We stayed here for 9 nights and absolutely loved it. It was very quiet and very clean. It was situated on the outskirt of town so it backs onto the jungle. The pool was a perfect size. The rooftop patio was nice to relax on with very comfortable furniture. They also had beach chairs that we could use which was very handy. Would love to stay here again. ”

“The house is well equipped inside with nice new bedding. Sun loungers were fine but there were no comfortable outdoor sitting chairs. Can't see how this house would work for eight. Constant buzz from alarm equipment in bedroom 2. There is nowhere shady to sit in the afternoon. We were disappointed that the washer inside the house was still not fixed after 17 days.The drinking water dispenser was a nice touch. The large French Door fridge was a definite plus. “When you think of Villa, typically you think of a dark but large and over the top stay. But casa Blanca was so light bright clean and spectacular. I can’t say enough amazing things about it. We’ve been to las Catalina’s before but from now on, we will only stay at Casa Blanca. ”

“We had 2 families staying here with kids aged 7-12. The home was lovely and the perfect size for us. Our 2 older girls loved staying in the “apartment”. They felt like they had their own cute little space. The pool was wonderful and very clean. We also spent several hours at the beach. Manager gave many great local recommendations and communication was great. Also, very convenient location to Flamingo beach, Playa Potrero and the marina. Highly recommend.”
