“Words cannot express how our stay was! Helen our lovely hostess went WAY beyond our expectations. Caring and empathetic as I broke my foot while walking around, she arranged getting me, ice a taxi for the hospital and a place to by a fracture boot always in contact. “My husband and I had the most wonderful stay, the staff are so kind and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent location - only about a 10-15 minute walk from the Old Town. Breakfasts here were amazing! On one of the days we had an early start so we’re going to miss breakfast and the hotel prepared us one to go! Really quiet and peaceful - no pool to swim in but you can dip your feet in the small pool at the end of a long day 😌 The hotel even prepared an extra special breakfast and room upgrade……

“Owners Efi & Yiannis are very warm, knowledgeable & helpful hosts, met all of our needs regarding stay, local amenities & travel logistics. Utopia is near but distinctly away from main tourist (2000ppl/cruise ship) crowds, very quiet, specialty restaurants within steps. Evita prepared amazing brekky, very kind and attentive. Hotel at old town/cobble stone center, good access if travelling w lighter carry on, bit of a haul with large suitcases. The new city commercial centre with ……

“Very nice hotel located near the port (7min walk) and Hippocrates Square. The host is very nice always make sure that we are comfortable and got everything we need.”

The appartment is in a complex with only offices, so no disturbances of other occupants in the evening or during the night. “Very nice, friendly staff. Breakfast included, if you find they run out of certain foods, just ask for it. Some building works are going on outside, assume is temporary! Hotel is close to the beach, restaurants, walking distance to the medieval castle, harbour, shopping centre. By bus is easy access to visit different beaches. I would recommend the hotel! ”
