“We had an amazing stay! This was perfect for transporting our soldier to his AIT at Fort Lee. It is 5.3 miles from the base, so we were granted a Family Pass for the weekend. This is a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a Food Lion right down the street, and a nice backyard for grilling and chilling with our Soldier. Wilcox Lake is close by too for Fishing! There are window units for AC, but they do a great job at keeping the house nice and cool. The Corn Hole was a big hit! And all the TVs were……

“Very quiet, although we were initially and then sporadically met with the sound of gunshots during our stay. But the house was well sound proofed, so we weren't bothered while we were inside. The porch was fantastic, and the lake was great for swimming. ”

“ Perfect place for my daughter sleepover birthday. The pictures online didn't do any justice. The home was peaceful, and location was close to the park, and stores. Communication was wonderful between me and the host. Check in and check out was simple and easy. Will definitely be back”

“The house is a three bedroom fully finished home. Two bedrooms upstairs, and a spacious primary suite at the bottom level with a half bath (sink toilet no shower). Main bathroom is upstairs. Backyard is great for kids, it has a playground and corn hole. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen sink was difficult to set to cold, and I love to drink ice cold water. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends in the area, 9/10 would stay again ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property. If you want sleek, modern, and quiet, this is not the place for you. But if you want charming, cozy, and comfortable, this is your spot. We stayed here for two nights with our young adult children and it was perfect. Enough room for everyone to have their own space, but great gathering spots indoors and out. Things you might want to know about this property:1. It is three floors, plus a basement, so if anyone in your group has trouble navigating stairs,……

“Super cool hideaway in a small, but neat historic town. Stayed because our daughter was graduating from Ft. Lee and we had dogs. This place was close to base and has a gated backyard for the dogs. Outdoors: super convenient location within walking distance to tons of restaurants, and an amazing coffee shop right out the back door! We got lucky and they had a community festival right down the road with food trucks, live and DJ music, and ended the night with fireworks we watched from the……
