“This is a one of a kind hotel. I mean, who can say they have stayed in a castle. The rooms are really well done and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The food at the onsite restaurant was really good. Only negative of this hotel is that they don't have either a pool or a gym. Not much to do if you want to spend some time lazing around.”

The owner and security made me feel very welcome and safe and nothing was to much to ask.
The property has a hike up the ridge behind for great views.
You could if you wanted to hike to mountain sanctuary its about 2 hours there and another 2 hours back.

Bedding and cleanliness is great and one doesn't hear noise from outside.
Rustenburg at large lost power at a massive magnitude but the staff went an extra mile providing warm bathing wster in the morning.
