“Our family stayed in the house from January 11th to January 18th. The location of the house was great, a relatively quiet area with a grocery store just a few blocks away. We used the tennis court to play pickleball every day but the weather wasn’t great and the pool never warmed up enough to spend a lot of time in it. The pictures need to be updated as a few of them are overstated, especially the kitchen and back the yard. The house is definitely more worn than the pictures show. We did……

“A WONDERFUL TRIP! VISITED LOCAL FRIENDS AND THIS HOUSE WAS THE PERFECT LOCATION. QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD ON THE CANAL. SAW DOLPHINS GO BY LATE AFTERNOON. HOME OWNER WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND COMMUNICATION WAS ON KEY. HOUSE WAS GREAT SIZE AND HAD EVERYTHING WE COULD NEED. BIT OUT DATED BUT STILL WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN. WE USED THE GRILL ONE NIGHT AND HAD A BEAUTIFUL NIGHT ON THE PATIO. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN”

The dock is great for morning coffee and catching some rays. Terrific views of the stars at night. Perfect location! And the layout of the home is great!”

The view from the balcony was incredible and the apartment has plenty of chairs, coolers, etc to bring down to the beach.Host answered our inquires immediately, and make sure to go above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.We will for sure return!!”

“This is a somewhat difficult place to give an accurate review. We were given instructions with a code to enter our room. I attempted the code several times with no luck. I reread the instructions and the next paragraph (which I had not read) said to ignore the above instructions and go to the front desk. The front desk had a hard time finding my reservation and when he found it, he handed me a regular old-fashioned key. I asked for a second, he told me no. The room was straight out of……

In addition, they gave many suggestions and tips for the island. We requested an early check-in, and late checkout. They accommodated both requests. They also left my sons a volleyball set for the pool! Look no further for a place to stay on Marco Island. Thank you, Crystal and Bob!”

“House was nice and the heated pool was a nice extra. BUT Vacasa did not turn on the pool heater that we paid for until the end of the 3rd day. Walk to beach access was a short 10 minute walk, but the beach wagon was broken so the cooler and chairs became very heavy. Beds were REALLY creaky and interrupted a good nights sleep. Don’t know why owner hasn’t fixed this problem?Pool light for night swimming still broken. A couple of newer beach chairs would have been nice. This house could be a 5 star……
