“Great stay, easy access and so near the beach! The onsite pool is lovely, clean and quiet. Darin as host, was easy to communicate with prior to check in and we had no need for contact once we arrived. The process was seamless and our stay was terrific! We would return! ”

“It was nice to be able to walk to 5th Ave and to the Beach. The bathroom was too small for our group. The outdoor furniture and fire pit need to be replaced. The pool and pool furniture were fine. We had a long drive to Fort Myers and ended up moving North after 1 night... I wish we could've received some kind of money back for the other nights, but I get that it is not their policy.”

“Location was excellent. There is beach acess across the street which took a day to figure out. Bed was okay, king would be ideal but room was small, so understand reasoning. Pillows were not comfy at all. Washer and dryer would have been a plus, but not a big deal for our short stay. ”

“A great deal on a rental in the heart of everything Old Naples has to offer. Steps from the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. A short, very manageable walk to beautiful white sand beaches. Unit was perfectly clean, but could use some updates. Especially the bathroom. Also, a pet peeve of mine, but I’m paying hundreds of dollars in fees, I should not have to track down the owner/manager/agent whoever (the listing is unclear) to get basic info like the address and access code. “Check in was simple and awesome. A simple code was given for the door, and directions for registering your vehicle were simple. We've been staying on the Island for 10 years with and without our kids. We have to admit we feel guilty not bringing them this trip after seeing the second bedroom and bathroom (they had school).
