“The staff was very helpful even though I spoke English. The hotel room looked new and modern. I loved that the air conditioning made the room feel very cool during the hot day. The place is right in the middle of everything. Lots of good places to eat around the corner and a short walk to "el centro". “The stove, fridge and countertop definitely needed to be deep cleaned. You could tell it wasn’t cleaned at all. The glass railing going up and down the stairs looked very dirty. You could see all the little kids and everyone’s finger prints. We saw also be little bugs on the walls by the headboard and my brother in law got bitten by somebody type of bugs on the bed. The room that is next to the pool is very dangerous especially after turning on the AC and the AC leaking water right by the door.……
