“Host was very nice, friendly and very helpful. House was clean and comfortable. Only issue was A/C in the bedroom wasn’t cold enough. But the downstairs ac was working well. The helpers were very nice and friendly. ”

“My room was gorgeous, spacious and had a beautiful view of the grounds: there was so much lush greenery—you are literally waking up to a tropical paradise! “I chose this hotel because it’s so close to the harbor and my kid could get 10 more minutes sleep on the day for our speed boat trip. But the prayer at 4:00 am was rather loud, I respect the culture but … then actually my kid had a lot less sleep! And then 6:00am, crazy loud music was playing across the street (we were on the hill side). I left the fruit from breakfast box in the fridge and at night, papaya was molded! Breakfast on 6th floor was not organized. I ordered a latte and need to go……

Not a five star hotel

"I chose this hotel because it’s so close to the harbor and my kid could get 10 more minutes sleep on the day for our speed boat trip. But the prayer at 4:00 am was rather loud, I respect the culture but … then actually my kid had a lot less sleep! And then 6:00am, crazy loud music was playing across the street (we were on the hill side). I left the fruit from breakfast box in the fridge and at night, papaya was molded! Breakfast on 6th floor was not organized. I ordered a latte and need to go get my coffee at the bar or it will never be my turn! Finally, I dialed to the front desk, and no one ever pick up!"
