“Really well proportioned room and it's clear that a lot of care has gone into making it comfortable for guests. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good value and suitable for those staying one night before or after Komodo trip. However, there is a mosque very close by and the bathroom window being fixed open (with screen taped over it to stop the bugs) means that you will be woken up by the call to prayer at 4:30am. They do warn you and provide ear buds to help. Loud music outside the property went……

“I chose this hotel because it’s so close to the harbor and my kid could get 10 more minutes sleep on the day for our speed boat trip. But the prayer at 4:00 am was rather loud, I respect the culture but … then actually my kid had a lot less sleep! And then 6:00am, crazy loud music was playing across the street (we were on the hill side). I left the fruit from breakfast box in the fridge and at night, papaya was molded! “I'm not sure how to write a review of tge properly. Basic might do or even primative. Bed made strange noises, but so what, it was huge and very comfortable. Shower and toilet, old with peculiar plumbing but it all worked. Fabulous balcony. Not exactly pristine surroundings and was a bit muddy after rain, non of which killed anybody. Staff were brilliant.
