“The apartment is great but communication could be better”

“We enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect size for our family of 7. Location was great - 15 min. drive to the airport, and there was a convenience store, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants across the street. The instructions sent on how to access the parking lot and the lockbox for the apartment keys were clear. Only thing is when the parking lot is full, it can be difficult to find outside parking.”

“WARNING‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I got to the place and got the key from the lockbox and went into the apartment. Upon entering i noticed a foul smell and dirt/hair all over the floor. Upon further inspection I found the bathroom had not been cleaned or restocked. The sink was full of dirty dishes and there was trash scattered across the counter. The bed had not been made either. There was no sheet or any bedding on it. The floor was super dirty and hadn't been cleaned.”

“The initial impression of the apartment was good, with clear instructions of how to get in. However, the quality of the furnishings and fittings was poor. There were only lace curtains in both bedrooms and with a sunrise of 530am, it wasn't ideal with young kids. The living room did have curtains. It was also very hot and with no fans in the apartment made it uncomfortable at night. The worst part was the pillows that were thin and all random sizes that didn't fit the pillow cases; again, making……
