“Property is very clean and modern, room is decent size. I was worried I’ll hear the lobby party in my room - not even a bit! Plus party ends at reasonable hour, very thoughtful of guests who are tired after skiing. Ski in and out is great, just make sure not to be like me and miss the last ski lift 😄 then it becomes an uphill walk to get to the hotel. The best part of this property - staff. “This is a boutique hotel with nice design. Up to standard service with details, esp the shuttle has helped us a lots. A very nice guy from shuttle took good care of us. Meal quality was okay, normal standard, not much surprise. Location was a bit far, but with nice view. ”

“We stayed at Le Fitz Roy last year and enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay again for this year's Val Thorens ski trip. This hotel is in the perfect ski-in-ski-out location at the bottom of the plain sud piste and also in the middle of town - ideal for bars, restaurants and shopping. On arrival we were allocated an upgraded room - which was very welcome and appreciated. “Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.”
