After waiting, I decided to message them—only then did the host finally respond and casually told me the room was not available, and asked me to apply for a refund myself. No apology, no help. I tried contacting the agent and was told to just “wait” with no clear update. It’s been days now. I’ve checked my mailbox and refund status—nothing. The communication is incredibly slow, and……

“It was a really nice stay exactly as we hoped for! The location on the beach was beautiful and the villa had all the comforts of home. Was conveniently located within short car ride to Georgetown. Also the bag of ice in the freezer for drinks was a nice touch!”

“Lovely large property. Location is ok - halfway between Georgetown and Batu Ferringhi. Cleanliness of property was not great - there was hair in the showers and the sink was blocked. Struggled to get responses sometimes.”

Enjoy the pool and playground at level 5. Some improvement needes on this : Bin linear, toilet paper and kitchen utensils was limited for a week stay (eg only 1 cup & glass for a studio room). Stove and bathroom light was broken.”
