The rooms were not clean the smoke alarms did not work and the door locks wouldn’t lock. The beds were grubby and needed changing no clean sheets the food served was not up to standard the manager said he had lost his staff before we arrived they all took Christmas holidays entertainment was a pool table we had to rely on trips to the main Santa Claus village on a 140 kilometre round trip……
