“The experience was above my expectations. We had a room’s upgrade and it was a nice start of our holiday. The kind receptionist Lucia always asked about our stay. We enjoy the full and complete buffet breakfast. The staff was really nice and kind always smiling to us. The swimming pool and the spa is a must. We enjoy the use of a sauna and the relax area included. Is a baby friendly hotel and I really recommend for the position, close to Asiago and the ski facilities ”

Tutto il personale è sempre disponibile a dare un consiglio sulle perle da visitare nella zona, ma soprattutto se serve qualsiasi cosa sono sempre tutti gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. “This is a beautiful hotel nestled in the side of the mountain. Appears newly updated the staff was so accommodating and helpful.. only issue was it is about 35 min walk from train station. The owners actually took us into town to dine and to catch the train due to rain. We would definitely return if in the area”
