“Le personnel de la réception était très accueillant, ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable. Cependant, l'étagère sous le lavabo n'était pas fixée et est tombée soudainement, ce qui était dangereux. De plus, l'espace entre le lit et la télévision était très étroit, ce qui provoquait un bruit assez fort à chaque passage.
