“The studio is basic, but has anything you need - small kitchen, microwave, dishes (no dish sope, however). The bathroom needs some repairs, but is spacious. The place, however, despite being mordern, has literally zero charm. But it is very well located, and the price is absolutely right. My main problem was the communication: As I booked via hotels.com, a plethora of conflicting and confusing information follwed (e.g. you have to check-in elswhere; we will reveal information if you give us……

“Appartement spacieux et refait à neuf. Très bien à situé à deux minutes à pied des rives du lac et des restaurants et glaciers. Le nombre de places de parking est réduit mais suffisant lors de notre visite. Espace piscine très agréable.
L'absence de micro-onde est dommageable. Pour information, l'enregistrement et la récupération des clés s'effectue à l'albergo Lenno (à 3 minutes) où l'accueil fut polyglotte et très courtois.
Situation géographique exceptionnelle.”

“This place was more than 5 stars! We will be going back just because we loved it so much! It is a beautiful apartment with an amazing pool area and location is perfect! The people who run it are just as amazing!! They are so nice and very helpful. They set up our transportation to and from Milan and were always there to answer any questions. I’d give this place a 10!”

“Wir wurden im Vorfeld von der Gastegeberin kontantiert, die sehr freundlich und hilfbereit ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, genauso wie die gesamte Wohnanlage, und es mangelt an nichts. Lediglich die Einfahrt in die Garage ist mit größeren Autos schwierig. Man kann aber vor der Wohnungsanlage problemlos parken. Der Blick vom Balkon entschädigt aber für alles. Der Blick auf den See und die Berge sind einfach unbezahlbar. Ich habe Abends, bei freien Himmel, mir das Teleskop auf den Balkon……

“Our stay was lovely! Hosts were great and extremely responsive and helpful. The views were awesome. If you're accustomed to driving on tiny roads, having a rental car would be perfect as groceries and food options are generally in other towns. There are a few hiking trails in Brienno that take you through the old part of the town with deteriorating buildings which was very cool to see. Great place to stay!”

“On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. "I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
