“I had a lovely stay at this conveniently located hotel. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen and all the necessary utensils, which I greatly appreciated. “We only stayed one night, passing through London. The person at the front desk was kind and helpful. We needed help with the washer/dryer in the kitchen and he was able to answer our question. They have a large clothes rack folded up in the closet and we used that to finish drying the clothes. The dryer setting options are either really long drying times or a short one (1 hour) that gets hot. TIP: you have to wait ten minutes after turning off the power to open the door. “Nice location with lots of coffee shops and food nearby. Very communicative staff. Room and bed were clean. Booking said the room had AC, and it did have one of the small, portable units that exhaust out the window, but it did not have a proper bracket for the window, nor did the AC ever seem to really work.
