The place is just far enough from the main roads to be quiet, but close enough to stores, restaurants, etc. From the large, well-equipped kitchen, to the comfortable living area, to the cozy sleeping areas, to the huge shower and bathroom, we could spend the rest of the day trying to find a flaw and come up with nothing. The place is perfect.”

“We loved the 2 room cabin.The location allowed access to Salida and Cotopaxi along with longer trips to Leadville and Canon city/Royal Gorge.We used the full kitchen daily and enjoyed the intermittent stream in the mornings. We saw a doe and 2 fawns in the yard. Clean and felt like new construction.Warm evenings which require fans to cool off. Crisp mornings we fantastic. Started off with coffee and away for local adventures. We enjoyed the fire ring for marshmallows and brats and hot dogs……

“ Very Private and relaxing. Stargazing was the best couldn’t believe how many stars you saw with no light pollution.. Chipmunks Squirels ohh my lol and saw an Elk and a baby walk right by on other side of fence The house was clean and well decorated. It is an older house so don’t expect glamour but everything you will need for a relaxing trip. ”
