“Last minute find. Room was tidy/no odors. The kitchen was complete and cute wood art made the place feel cozy. The spare roll away bed was delivered as requested, and surprisingly comfortable. Traveled with hubby and 9 year old between seasons to hit Bash Bish. Will stay here again to visit Naumkeag.”

“The property was great overall. I was not impressed with finding cobwebs around furniture, or with the hair in the shower and the toothpaste on the sink, mirror mirrorandbehind behind”

“The property was better than advertised. Everything anyone could need was provided and we could not have hoped for a better experience. Very large home and could easily accomodate 8 people or more. The Berkshires are magical and this home was great for out time there.”

“The house was perfect for us. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms really nice. The road in the development is dirt, a 4wd is needed as stated. It was muddy and rutty on arrival, then snow and ice , but do-able. Great house. Would recommend ”

“My college roommate and I met up to spend a couple of days catching up. We enjoyed to location and it’s proximity to Main Street and the River Walk. The house was charming and comfortable. ”

“Kids will love the fun bunk room setup, millennials will appreciate the big screen TV's and broadband Internet access, while parentals and grandparents enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and space to enjoy dinner together around a table for 12. Hot tub right outside the kitchen door, close proximity to Jiminy Peak makes it a breeze to shuttle the family back and forth . Extremely clean property.. “Our stay was really quite wonderful. The host was very accommodating when it came to communicating with me. She promptly answered questions. The house is as stated. It sleeps many people and we all had our own bedroom. The main kitchen is well appointed and the smaller kitchen came in very handy. Seating for meals was plentiful with 4 tables. One day we had our cousins from Holyoke join us for the afternoon. We were 15 and everyone was very comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on……

“It's a really lovely home on a beautiful property, with all the amenities we could have possibly needed, and also perfectly peaceful. The host was so welcoming and responsive, which made it that much nicer, too. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer, and I would definitely want to stay there again. ”

“My friends and I stayed at this adorable and HUGE home in this lovely condo complex to spend the weekend at Ski Butternut which was only like 10 minutes away. The host even left us 2 bottles of wine! It had FIVE bathrooms which is unheard of, like anywhere, and the beds were the fancy adjustable kinds. TVs and cable in every bedroom. The fireplace was so luxurious. When the living room TV was giving us some connection issues I think it was a total of like 7 minutes to contact the host/co-host……

Mary, your host, has thought of everything to help you feel comfortable and very quickly to adjust to your home away from home. It is very well located so that you can easily visit the many places of interest nearby. The rules for checking in and out were clear and simple. We are delighted give this a 5-star rating.
