“Basic motel totally renovated with simple but stylish furnishings. No one on premises but instant reply via text when we had trouble opening the keypad upon a return to the room. Nice location. Noise (from maybe kitchen fans at night from nearby restaurant ) took away from the quiet lawn setting with lots of Adirondack chairs. “Second time staying at the Springs under it's new ownership and was pleasantly delighted to see the vibe was intact from the previous renovation. I love the roadside motel feel, only wish I could park right outside my door. It was too cold to enjoy the pool and it rained so couldn't enjoy the outdoor spaces but love the amenities. The new owner Brian was so nice to chat with. He was super accommodating when we noticed a leak in our room, he immediately moved us to another room. Would recommend……
