“It is a nice and quiet neighborhood! A nice place and a good value for your money! Host Kellie is responsive to messages and wants you to enjoy your stay as well!Could use a new bed frame in the front bedroom it creaks loudly when crawling in and out.Rear bedroom queen mattress has hard ridges which are not comfortable to feel.That said...overall we had a nice stay!”

It was across the street from the beach access and yet you could still see & hear the ocean and it wasn’t crowded! The owner was extremely fast at replying to my silly questions and the only issue is we had to leave! We will definitely be renting this in the future!”

“This was a perfect location for my family for our mini vacation. The unit was as described and offered all of the amenities one requires for a stay at the beach. There was plenty of room for all of us, including two dogs with their crates! We never felt crowded or like we couldn't get away from each other :). The unit above was also rented and we never heard them, they mentioned they didn't hear us either. The back an front yards were great for the dogs. It was easy to reach the owners (not that……

“Lovely beach rental that accommodated our family well. Very spacious with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Would be nice to have shades at the windows for night time sleeping because when the sun is up so are the little ones and that can be very early for everyone;-) enjoyed the closeness to the beach, to the marina where we kept the boat, and everything else we wanted to do. Thank you for being a gracious host. ”

“Location to beach, breakfast, and cocktails is unmatched! The whole house is two separate units that provide both large group gathering space and privacy when needed. Beach chairs, wagon, and sun umbrella provided. Instructions for stay and clean up are brief and simple. Beds are very comfortable. Hosts are responsive but not intrusive at all. This house was our meeting spot on the way to the beach! ”

“We enjoyed a week on the beach visiting with our girls who are at UNC. We appreciated accommodations that allowed our family dog to visit with the girls too. The gated deck and easy walkway to the beach were helpful to all. Everything was fresh and clean inside the home.”
