“This house provided a welcoming, comfortable and quiet setting. The outside area had a deck, a fire pit , plus plenty of grassy space for games or just a place to relax. We were impressed with all the details the owner thought of to make you feel like you were at home once you walked in the front door. The bright, open living space was very welcoming. Many items you might have forgotten to bring were there such as tissues, hand soap at each sink, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash,……

“Our favorite place to stay in Beaufort ! Spotless, comfortable, great backyard, deck and screen porch. Well stocked with little necessities and very comfy master bedroom Ideal location to everything Beaufort -- We finally made it to No Name pizza - just a block away , and so good! Thanks for keeping this cottage so perfect ! We will be back!”

“Last minute get away for a few days. Check in was super easy, Landie was great. Property was a very clean, cute, surprisingly large cottage. Amenities were plentiful. The main bedroom bed was so, so comfortable. ”

“Great location, just across from beach access. Excellent choice for 2 adults and a dog quick weekend getaway. Only minor complaint is supplies are pretty bare bones. If you plan to cook, suggest bringing anything you may need.”

“Friends for over 40 years , 10 of us gathered at this home for a wedding in Beaufort. Wonderfully decorated home with superb layout for multiple conversations areas . Beds were all very comfortable , and I loved the artwork and light fixtures . Very tastefully done . Having that many folks under one roof is always concerning and it flowed beautifully . Bedrooms were sound , and if you turned in early you didn’t hear conversations of others . The multiple decks allowed for views of ocean and……

“Although the weather did not cooperate for our weeklong stay, we still had a wonderful time. The home is amazing! Great location. Internet was difficult due to multiple storms but Stephan responded quickly. He was very helpful and easy to access. Spectrum services were limited with recovery but storms were frequent. Only suggestion is to bring your own pillow. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Perfect family vacation. ”
