“This hotel deserves a better rating than it has. Regardless of the fact that it is overpriced and not really a boutique hotel, it’s in a very good neighbourhood in Delhi, access to the airport is straightforward, it’s clean, safe, friendly and comfortable. They will arrange a car for pick ups and drop off (the car had working seat belts) at railway stations and the airport - just contact them direct rather than through the Hotels.com app (no response through the app, but very good communication……

“I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. ”

“Hair in bed, torn bed sheets, dirty shower/bathroom, room and bathroom had to be re cleaned and still dirty footprints left on the floor. Fire exit door to outside left open all night, poor security. Food delivery items delivered and stored in floor in foyer. Declined breakfast after foul smell in basement area where breakfast served. Given room was a higher category was not even a chair to sit on. ”

“Ok, I accept this place is on the lower to mid end of the cost scale for Dehli but I would be careful booking this place. The staff were nice but the property just not up to the standard you would expect. The room was clean but the bathroom was not. The shower did not work properly, there were no windows, the wifi was patchyt at best and the aircon did not work.”
