“Great location near shops, mini golf, restaurants and beach. Favorite place to eat was nearby called Seafood Sam’s. Pool was clean and nice temperature. Room was clean, had a fridge and microwave for leftovers, and AC was so nice for the hot days. Breakfast included yogurts, bagels, crossiants, fruits, milk, coffee, cereal, etc. Would definitely come back!!!”

“My kids really enjoyed the place. There was a small game room with claw machines that made it easy for them to win prizes. The outdoor fire pits were nice because they ran on propane and weren’t smoky so the kids could make s’mores. The breakfast was sufficient. Plenty of variety. The indoor hot tub was a bit too loud and the jets shot up at you, but overall relaxing enough. The outdoor pool was refreshing, but a a little small when there was 10-12 full grown adults in it. Room was nice and……

“The check in was easy, the room was clean, ample space and I love that it has a 2 burner stove in case one wanted to save money and cook rather than go out to eat. Good parking space. Definitely one of the places I would stay in when I return. Overall rate 5/5. ”

“The floors in the hallway were not vacuumed. The elevators walls were not wiped down & the floors were not mopped. The room was great and the cleaning staff did a good job.”

“I took my boys to the cape for a few days and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the resort. Beds were clean and comfy. Breakfasts were good. The pools were open and fun and there was a hot tub. It was close to everything and there was an ice cream shop within walking distance that we visited two nights in a row. Great stay! ”

“This little hotel may not have many amenities but it is clean and safe and best of all it is walking distance to so many things including the charming Hyannis downtown and the harbor, Kalmus beach, JFK museum, Ferry to Nantucket and so many amazing downtown restaurants. 2 bus lines come from the airport to the other side of downtown - you can bring your suitcase a safe15 minute walk from the bus terminal to this hotel. A great deal for people who don't feel like renting a car, love a deal, and……
