“Great property, friendly staff great location to everything easy commute getting around. The only negative is the pillows I strongly suggest you bring your own. The breakfast was good for a hotel, the bar and area was clean with a lot of variety. Definitely get food from Paul’s deli. It’s about a half a mile from the property fantastic food great people.”

“We found this gem over July 4th weekend. If you are looking for a pet friendly place to stay in the heart of downtown Dunedin, this is it! Our room was comfortable with plenty of space for us and our dog. We had an outside patio with a small grassy area for a quick bathroom break for the pup. Incredibly convenient.They keep the grounds incredibly clean and tidy. The staff,excellent. So nice and welcoming. It’s in walking distance to everything in downtown. There is a fun beach vibe outdoor……
