“We always stay in this hotel when in Brussel and it was all good as always. Just to say they forgot to clean our room when we got there it wasn’t ready after 3pm. Location good, nice and clean hotel breakfast tasty. Staff could be more helpful and energetic. But the place is nice. ”

“Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.”

“The hotel is lovely and very comfortable. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Our only problem was the only elevator broke and was unusable the morning of our departure. The six flights were steep and circular and very disturbing for two older travelers. The desk man did go up for our luggage but I had to go up as well for additional items. We came to understand why they asked us our preference for floors. I would recommend choosing a lower floor….but would……

“the overall conditions of hotel live up to my expectation being a five stars hotel. unfortunately, the house keeping services were so bad that i requested a tea pot for several times since check in. no one in the hotel responded to my request. i have to walk down to the restaurant and ask for one.”

“Great location. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. The breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.”

“房間很大，設施新。距離midi火車站只有一分鐘距離，一出站外就能看見。性格比上價格相對便宜，推薦打算跨地區（比利時其他地區如根特，布魯日等）或跨國（轉乘大力士火車/歐洲之星）的人士入住，方便於midi站乘車。不過晚上火車站附近人流比較複雜，自己需要多注意安全。”
