“We stayed at Ryan's place for our annual February ski trip. We selected his spot because he also allows pets (we have a dog). The location is a 10 minutes easy drive to Sugarloaf. The place was clean and as described. It had a great wood burning stove and radiant floor heating. The WiFi was excellent. There is a projection system in the living room for entertainment and a TV upstairs. There is also an EV charger available outside. Ryan made restaurant recommendations and was responsive to……

“We had the unfortunate situation of a wind storm coming through, knocking out power, and resulting in frozen pipes, aka no heat. This could have ended our vacation but Jill, the host, was great. They drove up a bunch of firewood and had plumbers there to address the issue immediately”

“We throughly enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of small tweaks, most of the doors were very hard to open and close and a couple of the small towel hangers need to be secured a little tighter.”

“Nice Lil cabin. Clean and comfortable beds. I was able to get Wifi and movies on Roku. Close to the wilderness and also downtown greenville and Nearby Rockwood and Jackman Maine. The front entrance is a little trickey at first but after you do it once you get the hang of it.. All and all great stay. Would definitely go back ”

“Great location, couldn’t get in on time because the cleaners were still there, they didn’t do a good job at all, found lots of areas that weren’t clean, trash bins were full, and the pots/ pans/ utensils could use upgrades. 5th year renting the house and this was the dirtiest we’ve ever seen it.”

“We had an issue with unlocking the front door, the code wouldn’t work. We were given another code for the key box and had to share one key the entire stay. Other than that the property is very nice, we loved the fire pit and the view! ”

“This is a very nice, new place. Lots of room and convenient location on Sugarloaf Mtn. It had all of the amenities you will need. Sugarloaf is wonderful too. Worth the drive up there!”
