“I stayed at this property with two of my friends for one night. We had a wedding in town and planned on going to hocking hills the next day. We were able to walk to the church which was about 2 blocks away which was amazing for us! The place was clean, and cozy! Great location! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Serenity Retreat. The rental is really large with so many fun amenities. The location was really easy to find with lots of parking. It was so nice not having a laundry list of cleaning to do upon checkout; I hope more vacation rentals adopt this policy! We would have liked more pillows, towels, and blankets, but overall, this rental and the location were excellent. We had a great girls' weekend!”

“Our family of 6 spent a weekend there with plans to go hiking in the area. We were near enough to Ash Cave, Old Man's Cave and Lake Hope too. It was perfect for us! The former schoolhouse had lots of touches that appealed to me especially as a retired teacher. Really fun atmosphere. The amenities were just right. Beds and rooms were super comfortable. The outdoor seating with a grill and hot tub on the patio were used a lot on our stay! There was also a fire pit with 6 Adirondack……

“The living room was cozy and comfortable. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of only having one small trash bin liner for five people for three days. The beds were a little hard and the shower pressure was a little low. None of these things would prevent me from booking again. “The property was beautifully decorated and accommodated our group very well. The layout was nice and the noise from other rooms went unnoticed by all. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Our host was prompt when dealing with any issues and polite. The hot tub did have issues with the filter coming off and the skeeball game did not work but the arcade games were very fun and the entertainment sytem was great with plenty of room for everyone. Being so close the the playground……

“ We stayed at Adrian’s place for 3 nights! From there we springboarded to Old Man’s Cave, Conkles Hollow, Rock House and Cedar Falls. The house was perfect for our stay as we had 7 adults and 5 children, 4 and under. My husband I stayed in the basement bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was located just across the hall. Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your use. The basement had an additional kitchen as well as a ping pong table, Pac-Man arcade……
