“The room is very spacious and comfortable with most of the necessary items included ! The bed is comfortable and big enough. I chose Junior suit for family stay which would not make us feel crowded. Though the hotel is no located right near Basel SBB station, it just takes 5mins bus (no.30 at station C next to Basel station) to arrive hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are silent and beautiful. I love this stay ! Moreover, the hotel provided us a card per head for taking the transport in Basel……

“Great location near the centre of Basel. Don’t get a room facing the street though as it’s crazy noisy early in the morning and there is a church bell that rings through the night. Also don’t book breakfast using hotels.com it’s cheaper to do it on site - don’t know why but you will save money. Rooms spacious and very clean. Coffee machine didn’t work and there is no kettle for tea. But there is a Starbucks 50m away.”

“During Eurovision so outside was noisy, crowded and probably not as clean as usual. But big police presence and didn’t see many problems considering number of people. Good job! And a beautiful, charming city. I’d love to return when it’s quieter. ”

“It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town attractions”

“Nice location,takes tram no.2 to messeplaza.hotel is about 3 mins walk. The room is a little bit small for three,but it is a good hotel. Most important of all,the staff are friendly and glad to help.”

“It's very closed to the train station. Just 150 meter.And the hotel provide the free bus tickets for each guest. There is a small mini bar in the hotel that provide some soft drinks free charge. I also had stayed in Victory hotel which just beside the hotel. Both are similar.”
