“A la hora del checking me cobraron $150 de depósito, aunque ya estaba totalmente pagado y me dijeron que solo era un requisito. A la hora del checkout me dijeron lo mismo, que solo se reflejaba el cobro pero que no lo habían aplicado. Ahora que recibo mi estado de cuenta de la tarjeta de crédito, aparece que me cobraron los $150 sin ninguna justificación. ”

“We lived one week in thie hotel. I give it five star. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is also free parking, gym, swimming pool, and laundry. The staff are very nice. There are some shopping center near the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. Convenient location.”
