David is a responsive host that has a gorgeous property. We especially enjoyed coffee on the screened in front porch and ping pong in the basement!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach cottage. The house is in an amazing location that is walkable to the beach, boardwalk, and many shops and restaurants. It’s also a great home base for walks or runs through the neighborhood. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 and we could have slept 3-4 more comfortably. “Listing was unclear…said one bedroom but none and no bed, only a full sleep sofa (fairly comfortable though), dirty dishes in cabinet, private porch area was filthy, hard to figure out where our unit was on the property, pathway should have been blown, outrageous fees, some duplicated nearly doubled price, app to complain did not work, complicated TV with no instructions.”
