It seems quite new and they did not appear to have as many other guests as I would have anticipated given how appealing the property is. “It took about 6 minutes to get hot water in Room 700 in the morning and the room when we came in was 67° and no matter what we did with the thermostat we could not get it to heat up. Finally we just turned the whole system off and it warmed up a little that way. I knew have a suggestion since this was supposed to be a handicapped accessible room. My wife and I are not handicapped but I thought if someone was it would be nice to have like an Alexa to turn the lights on and off. Just a thought.”
