“The hotel was nice. Check in was great. Guy was super nice and accommodating. I had just driven 10 hrs from San Diego and was driving 10 the following day taking my daughter, her dog and her car to Oklahoma State University. When we got in late I was going to jump in the shower before bed but the shower wasn’t getting hot so I figured I’d just wait til morning before getting on the road for another -0 hr drive. “What an amazing stay we had at Red Horse B&B. This is a beautiful, tranquil property/farm right in Albuquerque. The owners and staff were so kind and welcoming and made us feel right at home. Our room was beautiful, large and well appointed, bed comfortable, and we loved being able to walk outside our room onto the patio filled with beautiful trees and scenery. “This hotel was not really our style of hotel, but was clean and comfortable. When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. I did go to the front desk and was told that I had to deal with hotels.com. When I showed them my conversation with hotel.com, they made a real effort to solve the issue we had. In the end, Nancy from the front desk moved us to a suite……

“It was a great location for my purposes to be in Albuquerque. Parking was tough if you had a large vehicle or came back to the hotel later. The security staff were very helpful with this!! Big shout out to them!! ”
