“Nice hotelier, nice locations nearby. Breakfast was not bad, but the mattress of the bed were bit too dirty.”

They require from guests to make a reservation (which costs 8,000 Tenge which is quite steep) and then you can use the pool and sauna - but only for one hour. Breakfast buffet was decent; staff overall friendly; neighbourhood not that great but Hotel shielded off from traffic/quiet. Some staff have perfect English, others don’t. ”

“The hotel was good for the location. It had a stop of the bus taking you to the airport directly. My room was very spacious, and this was the cheapest room on the property. The breakfast was not a buffet and I had to book a time for my breakfast and choose the menu. Still, the cook was not available at the appointed time and I had to wait.”
