“Nice hotel with great condition and friendly staff. However, the room cleaning was not very good. When I asked for anything they bring it fast. But there was a day when I put a card for cleaning the room but it didnt get cleaned. Other than that everything was great. ”

“L'hôtel est propre , le personnel respecte les panneaux "ne pas déranger"/ "svp faites le ménage" , j'ai donc prolongé mon séjour au seins de cet établissement étant agréablement surpris du confort au vu du prix très bas a Astana . Un petit frigo est a disposition, une bouilloire deux thés, brosses à dents et dentifrice , des chaussons jetables, le tout renouvelé quotidiennement.”

“Im Canadian and this was my first time in astana. The cab ride to here at night was beautiful, I checked in around 2 am, and there was security and the check in was fast and simple, i slept like a baby, it was very quiet, clean, and very comfortable. For the price, I have zero complaints and am very happy. Id stay here again, I dont mind that its a bit old, it has character and there is lots of cheap food walking distance. ”

“Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)”

“Everything was great the staff had some problems coordinating my reservation with Expedia but in the end were happy to let me stay. I don’t think they ever found my reservation.”

“Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. ”
