“This was a convenient spot for us to stay while visiting some family. The hotel felt safe and was in a good location. The mattress was harder than I’m used to and had a body sized dip on one side of it. The only blanket was super thin and old, although it was so warm and muggy we didn’t need anything heavier I guess. The air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the humidity nor spread the cool air throughout the whole room, so it was difficult to really feel comfortable. A fan would have been……

“Pros: Nice property. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Nice bed and tv. Friendly staff. Full size fridge and plenty of kitchen supplies were great to have. Good breakfast. Cons: Only decaf coffee was available in the room. (This has been the case both times we stayed there). And going downstairs just for coffee as soon as she got up was not feasible for my 87 year old mom. No dresser in the room made it difficult for us to unpack all of our clothes. ”

“Everything is great! Cozy and clean room, friendly front desk staffs and housekeepers. Free parking. A bit bad access to Wi-Fi for the first-time log-in. Unclear road sign as well as bad google map direction, it's better to drive in by Northgate crossing Blvd., instead of Hardy Fwy. because the entrance will be closed if road tree trimming, but there are no notice sign ahead.”
