“Glitches in communication sent me to an incorrect apt complex, was redirected to a different part of the city, turned out much better than the incorrect one, very nice, cleanliness not on par with concierge living, overall, very comfortable. Need instructions in the apartment for better communication. Had to wing it on a couple of things...”

“The house was in a gated community perfectlly situated just far enough away from downtown Houston and in close proximity to mutiple restaurants, grocery stores and shops.The house looked exactly like the pictures and the host was very responsive. If/when we ever come back to Houston, we'll be staying here!!”

“Great home. The owner let us check in early and the house was just as advertised. The neighborhood is private so you’ll need to go through a security gate and provide a list of names for everyone staying at the house. ”

“Arrived at the property. Still dirty, linens were still in tje washer. Door was open We walked right imside. Nothing was cleaned. They offered to fix it by sending a cleaning crew the next day. Okay, we went grocery shopping. Only to come back and discover the refrigerator was not working. I was melted in the freezer. Light in the refrigerator was broken. Getting ahold of someone was much more difficult then expected. Property mangment need to restructure the chain of command. They offer to move……
