“The property was great, both inside and out. We were in town for the Indian Wells Tennis tournament and this location was perfect, as were the accommodations.”

“Planned a little getaway for my family. My main concern was if the pool would be clean on a Tuesday? I was booking midweek. This was the only property that told us it would be clean for us to use. After confirming with the owners I decided to book. Once we arrived the pool was my first concern, so I had to check it out immediately. Upon approaching I realized it was dirty, mucky, and filled with bugs. I contacted the owner and within a couple hours, a pool man knocked on the door and told us……
