“The property was well appointed, beds were comfortable and linens were top of the line. The unit itself would benefit from some minor upgrades...we had to put a board under the BBQ to use it; the light switches didn't seem to turn on the lights; a chair in the primary bedroom was broken and the interior looked like they were getting ready to paint.In terms of the property, it was a nice development and the patio was relaxing. Not being a club member is a bit of a bummer and the club employees……

The Three Bird Retreat Welcome Guide was comprehensive and extremely helpful.The location of this unit was excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the golfers during the day and the sunset over the mountains in the evening. The resort is conveniently located to grocery stores/shopping and attractions in the surrounding area.The unit itself provided everything……

Close to 2 pools & the main pool. Very quiet. Only about a 5 min drive to old town La Quinta & close to shopping, grocery, and many dining options. The bed & all seating were very comfortable- made you feel at home to relax. We love Legacy Villas & would definitely stay at this unit again. ”
