“Very cute well equipped”

“From the booking of this property and throughout our stay Tiffany (owner) was quick to respond to any of our questions. The Three Bird Retreat Welcome Guide was comprehensive and extremely helpful.The location of this unit was excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the golfers during the day and the sunset over the mountains in the evening. The resort is conveniently located to grocery stores/shopping and attractions in the surrounding area.The unit itself provided everything……

“Wonderful. Just as described. Great check instructions, I loved all the details the host included. We had everything we needed. We stayed 4 days for our anniversary trip. Close to 2 pools & the main pool. Very quiet. Only about a 5 min drive to old town La Quinta & close to shopping, grocery, and many dining options. The bed & all seating were very comfortable- made you feel at home to relax. We love Legacy Villas & would definitely stay at this unit again. ”

“Perfect home base for Coachella. Reasonable biking distance to festival grounds. Quiet and safe community. Lots of birds singing in the morning. Well stocked kitchen - all the equipment you need. Great views. Comfy beds. Top tier TVs and cable. Generally very clean. Easy proximity to the pool and hot tub. Only negatives were a couple of minor cleanliness issues - 1) several of the towels in the ensuite bathroom closet were damp when we arrived; 2) some of the plates in the cabinet had food……

“We have been staying at PVCC for 2 decades, never a disappointment. We were able to disconnect and rest. The WiFi worked great. My husband works remotely and was able to do so without interruption. We loved the location to the pool, close enough but far enough as well. We have so many memories with our children, seeing other families in the complex gives it life. ALSO, we appreciate being able to bring our pets. Had a great time in a very comfortable home. ”
