“Was very impressed with this place”

“We spent three nights at this adorable and practical house. Everything we needed was provided, the furnishings were comfortable, and the location was perfect - just a few short blocks to the park and to town. I kinda don't want to let the secret out so that next time I'm looking for accommodations, you won't have snatched it up! ”

“It’s definitely an old house as are most in Chico. The location was everything, only a 5 minute walk to the bars in downtown. Didn’t have to take a single uber which was nice. It had a big back yard with a nice set up. Beds weren’t super comfortable but weren’t bad either. It did say there was a washer and dryer when there wasn’t one but that’s okay. The WiFi password wasn’t posted anywhere and I couldn’t get ahold of the host for the password. Other than the communication, WiFi, and……

“Cute and cozy property with everything we needed. The home was clean and very close to our event. The listing did advertise as accommodating 5 for sleeping spaces but we found only 2 queen beds. However, it was not a problem as we had a blowup mattress we used for my grandson. The couch was available for sleeping if we needed it so assumed that was the 5th sleeping area. Nice property and we would happily stay again.”

“The room was great and furnishings made it seem like a home away from home. My wife and I enjoyed the warm cozy feel of the property and for our stay it was centrally located from Chico State and Bidwell Park and the hikes that we wanted to do. Will definitely be staying here again.”

“Overall great experience and will be staying again. House was very clean and stocked full of goodies. Spacious for kids to run around and play. Quiet and peaceful location. Hosts are easy to get a hold of and made everything run very smooth. Perfect spot for our family to stay and have people come to us instead of us running around trying to see everyone on our visits.”

“It was a beautiful outdoor property but the roof leaked downstairs from the jet tub so wasn't the first time because of the rusty water that was leaking they said they had a family crib but didn't out that it had to be requested and told us we won't get one i would be cautious of them ”

“I've been reserving this property weekly for awhile now for my forestry crew, and they've been very comfortable. It's been the nicest place they've stayed yet. ”

“Host was very responsive to a slight hiccup with the door code. Clean and open space. Nice side yard for the kids to play. Would recommend!”

“As you enter the home its like a step back in time. There was great thought put into this home. From the wall paper carpet and furinture. The atmosphere was amazing also. Quite and zen. With the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms you have your own personal space to truely relax. The best part of the trip is no tv but there was wifi if you need tv that bad you can watch on your phone or tablet. “Loved the Dome and the hot tub! Kieth was very responsive and the house had everything we needed while busing family for the holidays. Would love to come back to use the pool too which looked clean and inviting. Thanks!”

“Stayed here while visiting our CSU Chico student. Everything we did was within walking distance. Comfortable accommodations, great enclosed backyard for our puppies. Would recommend.”
