“The property is well kept and lush. The evening boat ride followed by the tea overlooking the sundet sea side was beautiful. However the hosts at the restaurants are extremly pushy and annoying sometimes. The key is to stay alert and available if needed not hovering over the guests the whole time. There is a difference. Their restaurant "bait" needs major renovation and wasn't inviting due to old and broken furniture. There are not enough dining options in the area so youre forced to eat at……

“We had an excellent stay at the Leela and would recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone considering it for the future. It is one of very few if not the only, cliff side hotel in India overlooking the beach. “SomaPalmshore is an amazing place to stay if you just want to chill out for a while. The people are first class and were always there to help. The garden and pool are really clean and well maintained. The beach at the bottom of the garden feels as if it's private because so few people go there. Sunset from the rocks will melt you. ”
