“We were very disappointed with the service at this hotel. When we tried to pay during the day, no staff were present at reception. We went to reception several times and I even sat in the garden for an hour on a video call and didn’t see anyone. We assumed we would be able to settle the bill in the morning, but instead, someone came knocking on our door at 10pm demanding payment. “It was amazing. From the moment I arrived till the moment I left all the staff were amazing. They helped with food recommendations, also the food at the hotel was amazing! The bar is perfect and friendly guests and staff. The room was always clean and housekeeping were great. Overall a great experience and would recommend to any traveller. “The hotel has a perfect view it’s so beautiful. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left it was amazing the staff were so welcoming and kind. They will do anything to help you. The only weird thing was when my friend came I had to pay additional for him(maybe this is common in India) but other than that this place is perfect accomodation perfect staff and perfect location”
