“My son and I stayed here recently and we truly enjoyed our visit! The property is a little hard to find (the entrance is in the back), but when it’s an absolute hidden gem! Right in the heart of downtown, the property is better than any five—star hotel for longer stays. Comfy beds, spectacular showers and wonderfully thoughtful amenities. “Advantages and Disadvantages of Staying at This Cottage: Advantages: - Beautiful scenery - Short distance to the grocery store (small town) Disadvantages: - The cottage is rural and not connected to the municipal water supply. The smell of the water was unbearable for us. - Although the cottage appeared to have been cleaned, the cleaning was superficial. We had to dust and clean thoroughly to use the furniture and beds comfortably. - There is no air conditioning, and only a fan is available to……

“The house was spacious, well-appointed and very quiet. The main problem for us was that there was no Wi-Fi. This surprised us. There was a smart TV, but we could not stream anything because there was no Wi-Fi. Also, the cellular signal was very weak (we use Koodo/Telus). My husband could not complete some work he wanted to do because of the lack of Wi-Fi. The very weak cellular signal meant he could not hotspot off his phone either. We enjoyed using the barbeque and the fire pit.”
