So clean, quaint and cozy just like this little town. The view of Crystal Lake itself is amazing, but literally everything else about this place is too. 100/10. Will definitely be back! “My husband and I were in Traverse City to taste wine, tour the old state psychiatric hospital and enjoy a weekend away. Erin was the perfect host - quickly responding to my messages. She thought of everything to make this rental comfortable for guests. Bedroom is upstairs (as is the bathroom). Downstairs is an open floor plan as described with cute kitchen and sofa bed. “The location was awesome. Beautiful being on the river. Host was very helpful and made our kayaking experience fun. We enjoyed fishing even without success. Beds were comfy, may need new pillows on some. Very interesting furnishings. A bit of a museum, which we enjoyed. Could use a minimizing of things, but we loved the space and would definitely do it again. A lot of history here.💕”

“We enjoyed our stay at Camp Smokey. The home is great, a lot less mosquitoes in the yard than when you stay in the deep woods, and close to our favorite bait shops, markets, dining and recreation. Love that old sheets are provided for the doggies and to use at the beach. Lots of different places in and out of the house to sit, doesn't feel cramped or crowded at all. Love it!”

“We had a great stay here for a family wedding weekend in the area. The hot tub was great and the open concept design was fabulous for our group. However, if traveling with a couple this property, while amazing lacks privacy due to the open nature of the floor plan. I would stay here again when coming to visit the family we have in the area. ”

“While it is small, it was clean and the kitchenette had actual glasses and silverware, etc & having plastic glassware and utensils is a huge pet peeve of mine.”

“Away from the hustle and bustle of life, private, relaxing had the amenities needed, nice kitchen if felt need to cook. Nice touch for newly weds. Chocolate and wine. We had adapters, but charging station would be nice. ”
