“Lovely cabin. the surrounding is very empty, still some distance from the seaside. it was a bit smelly outside of our cabin, so probably not a good idea to use the hot tub and BBQ. the kitchen is well equipped, but be aware that there is no oven. ”

“We booked Bay View Apartments for our last night in Iceland to be close to the airport. It is indeed close, just 12 minutes away by car. What we didn’t realize was how absolutely gorgeous this rental would be. It was totally luxurious; every room was impeccable, totally comfortable, beautifully crafted, and the design was top notch. “The kitchen is marvelous! The upstairs is an A-frame room and there are stairs to the upstairs unit, and to the loft. This could be a positive for privacy, if you are young and agile. We slept on the hide-a-bed on the main floor and found it comfortable. Any communication difficulties were on my end, because we were traveling when the hostess tried to communicate with me.”
