“The house, amenities, host, and area were all fantastic. I will point out the few negatives, minor to be sure. The kitchen faucet is not secured - a simple fix apparently long overdue. We went to play ping pong and found only one usable paddle. I drove an hour round trip to the East Stoudsberg Walmart to purchase a set of 4 paddles and balls, and left them there for next guests. The basketball game frame is broken and has been duct-taped numerous times, but it does function well. The……

“A perfect place for our group of 20 ages 1 to 70 and 2 dogs! Loved that there were so many queen beds, and that the 2 large dining tables comfortably seated everyone. The wrap around, covered porch was our favorite hang out spot, and the kitchen worked well for teams of cooks. Extremely clean and well equipped including two washers and 2 dryers. Many activities within an hour's drive kept our group well entertained. ”

Nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom Also very nice that linens and towels are supplied for us , along with tp and paper towels and dish soap. The inside of the house was clean And very comfortable . The river in our backyard was amazing . Just disappointed in the shape of the backyard and deck .
