“Overall, the house was a great stay for our large family reunion. Very spacious with plenty of amenities such as a pool, theater room, and tennis court for play. The only issue we had was with the quality of the amenities. Many of parts of the house were broken or faulty, lots of creaking and concerning noises from fans and doors. Multiple toilets broke down and were out of use. The hot water was unreliable, and we didn’t have hot water the entire first day. There’s also quite a lot of bugs that……

“Very disappointed upon arrival to see the condition of the house. We left after only being there for an hour and were forced to stay in a hotel. The Host was not cooperative when messaging and claimed that the cleaning crew did not do a good job. We have asked for a full refund multiple times and the host has not responded. Unacceptable Examples The whole house had a distinct odor Trash can full of filth Floors we covered in grime and sticky film throughout Counter tops greasy Bugs/Flies……

“Firstly the place was immaculate. Everything was in place and very well logically organized. Pictures are very accurate and all the descriptions were correct. We had extended family over and made a quick trip. One nitpick issue was we could only shower one a time to get the right amount of hot water, it didn't become an issue it was just something we worked around. Host Andy was great, quick answers to some basic questions and honestly great to deal will. Pool was not open during our trip, it……

“first I want to start saying that the house is not secluded like the title says, there are a lot of neighbors near the house and they even complaint about my group saying we were loud and recorded us.. so where’s the privacy?.. I also want to say that when I first rented the property it didn’t have restriction on noise in the description, he added a lot of rules to the description after I couldn’t cancel it anymore.. the pool in the house is very deep (I didn’t see that in the description) so……
