“Stay in the main hotel for charm- the ventilation is not so good and there are no appliances in the room, as it is on the National Historical Registration. Outdoor pool is hard to access. Be sure to go to Stickneys for a meal and do the complimentary guided hotel tour!”

“There’s no room service available at the Inn so after 4 days the trash was overflowing. We also ran out of toilet paper. Also, breakfast used to be so much better. They reduced the offerings of the continental breakfast and started offering items a la carte which is all fine but for the price, I’d expect at least some basic bread and butter at the buffet. It was a bit disappointing this time.”

“ When I first booked the room, I did so because of a previous stay that left me with a great impression. The bed was fantastic, and the staff and room service were top-notch. Unfortunately, this time around, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arriving, I found that the bed was not as advertised. Instead of the king-size bed I had expected, the room (202) had a Murphy bed, which I would never have chosen. To make matters worse, the Murphy bed was damaged. When I pulled it down, I……

“This was our first time at this property. We had to use the check in desk and the workers were helpful and inviting. The room was recently upgraded and was very clean. My daughter and I have allergies and this was important for us. The property manager communicated often and was nice. We didn’t have any extra needs while.we were there but he did reach out to ask and check in. The facilities were fun for our children and we enjoy the area which we have visited many times. We will definitely stay……

“Wife and I had a weekend stay at one of the suites with the jacuzzi. Room was clean, and the amenities were good, though there were some minor signs of wear and tear like failing tile grout. Nothing that impacted the enjoyment of our stay. Staff was friendly but not overbearing. Would have liked to stay longer and better experience the area.”

“Went Presidents’ Day. Literally across from loon. Resort offers free shuttle. Also 1/2 hour to Waterville valley. Super clean and plenty for adult and kids to do on property ”
